What does the setup fee cover?

Full workflow build, integration with your existing tools, testing, deployment, and complete handover documentation. You own the workflow once it is live.

What does monthly maintenance cover?

Hosting on our n8n infrastructure, monitoring, bug fixes, API updates when third-party tools change, and email/chat support throughout the month.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Yes, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We export your workflow so you can self-host it. No lock-in contracts.

Do you offer discounts?

20% off when you pay annually. We also offer discounts for NGOs and early-stage startups. Just reach out.

How long does a build take?

Starter tier builds usually take 3 to 5 working days from kickoff to go-live. Complex builds are scoped during the discovery call.

What platforms do you build on?

Primarily n8n for complex workflows and Zapier for simpler ones. We pick the right tool for each job and work with whatever you already have.

Why is there a setup fee and a monthly fee?

The setup fee covers the full build including design, development, testing and deployment. The monthly fee at 25% of the setup cost covers hosting, monitoring, maintenance and support so your automation stays running and up to date.
